The process

The extrusion process of the wood composite requires highly developed technology and expert knowledge to deliver superb quality. SYLNEO have spent 12 years mastering the industrial process with our products made in our factory near Nantes. We are constantly advancing our process to keep innovating and developing new products to reflect market trends and the strict quality requirements of our customers.

POWER PLUS technology is a new generation of processing developed by SYLNEO and allows our
materials :

  • To limit their rise in temperature in case of a heatwave

  • To be robust thanks to their strong mechanical properties

  • To have excellent slip resistance, especially on wet surfaces

  • A high scratch resistance

Design : composite wood adds a striking contemporary look to your decking, fence or cladding. Many
colours are available to satisfy all tastes. An extra dimension? It does not darken under UV and has
no knots.

even when wet, composite wood reduces potential slips, feels good underfoot and of
course there are no splinters.

Long lasting and durable :
composite wood has a longer and superior lifespan than exotic wood,
does not split, is resistant to fungus, termites and moss and performs well under fluctuating
temperatures.

Easy maintenance : you only need a scrubbing brush and soapy water to clean your composite
decking once a year and it will look as good as the day you bought it.

Our materials

Our boards are produced using wood flour (60%) and polypropylene. The polymer used by
SYLNEO gives the products high mechanical resistance properties that are unrivalled in the
marketplace.
 
Our wood fibre know-how prevents water absorption and abnormal expansion of our products.
Our products are 100% recyclable and we use PEFC-certified material from French sawmills.
SYLNEO boards have a 20-year guarantee.
